Pacific Fleet assault units continue to successfully carry out combat missions in Ugledar direction in special military operation zone. STORYLINE: Assault units of one of the Pacific Fleet's Marine Corps formations continue to successfully carry out combat missions to repel AFU attacks undertaken by the enemy in Ugledar direction of the special military operation. The Pacific Marines, supported by artillery, are successfully operating in the areas of Novomayorskoye and Novodonetskoye (Donetsk People's Republic), foiling any attempts by the enemy to break through into a counter-offensive. In the battle with AFU units, marine assault aircraft are provided fire support by crews of BTR-82A armoured personnel carriers equipped with an effective combat module with a cannon and machine gun armament, a set of anti-tank missiles and rocket-propelled ammunition. According to the marines, the AFU fighters opposing them on this section of the front have been trained in NATO countries and have Western-manufactured weapons and hardware, which does not help them much in real combat - they suffer heavy losses and leave their dead and wounded on the battlefield.
