Some types of vegetable in the vegetable and fruit stores in Gaza strip are still witnessing a significant increase in prices during the current and previous period because of the weak economic situation caused by recent conflict between Israel and Hamas Some traders assert that prices are related to supply, but some types of vegetables and fruits face small quantities offered in the local market, which leads to higher prices. It is possible that prices will decrease with the increase in production and the reduction of damage to the crop as a result of the high temperatures during the past days.
