Family of Palestinian prisoner Nisreen Abu Kamil sit inside their home, in Gaza city. 0.1 SOUNDBITE (in Arabic) husband of prisoner, Hazem Abu Kamil STORYLINE: Nisreen Abu Kamil (46 years), who has been detained since October 18, 2015 and sentenced to 6 years The Commission for Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs reported on Tuesday that the 39 female prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons are suffering from complex conditions in light of the pressures they are subjected to from the administration of Damon Prison. The commission indicated that the policies of deprivation and abuse continue against Palestinian female prisoners, such as deliberate medical neglect against female patients. The occupation aims to hunt down people passing through the crossings and checkpoints, especially at the Beit Hanoun/Erez crossing in the northern Gaza Strip. Among these cases, that have been arrested by occupation are merchants, students, employees of international institutions and patients, as well as women accompanying their sick relatives or mothers and wives Prisoners Footage by /APAwire
