WMD 152mm Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system crews destroy AFU hardware and strongpoints within special military operation STORYLINE: Artillery units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue neutralising artillery batteries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), destroying their defensive structures, command posts, manpower, firepower, armament, and hardware, providing the advancement of mechanised infantry units and taking control of AFU strongpoints. Batteries of 2S3M Akatsiya self-propelled artillery systems launched a strike from sheltered positions at the manpower and hardware of the enemy in one of the directions of the special military operation within the support to offensive operations of the units from the Western Military District (WMD) towards AFU positions. Crews of unmanned aerial vehicles detected the movement of a convoy formed by armoured vehicles and manpower of the enemy, as well as transmitted the coordinates to the command post. Once the crews launch an attack, they change their position and open fire at detected firing positions near AFU strongpoint, remaining invisible for the artillery of the enemy. AFU convoy formed by infantry fighting vehicles and heavy wheeled vehicles with personnel on board has been destroyed. The crews are supported by the personnel who were conscripted within the partial mobilisation, finished their preparatory and unit cohesion courses at the training centres of Russian Defence Ministry, as well as at the training grounds of the Western Military District, including those located in the rear area of the special military operation.
