RESTRICTION SUMMARY: APAwire CLIENTS ONLY SHOTLIST: APAwire - APAwire CLIENTS ONLY, Jerusalem - 04 October 2023. Settlers storm the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on the fourth day of “Throne Day” in the city of Jerusalem. STORYLINE: The Feast of Tabernacles 'Sukkot', which commemorates the exodus of Jews from Egypt, began on 29 September at sunset, and ends on 06 October 2023. Israeli forces deploy their members and special units in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa and at its gates, to secure extremist incursions. The occupation forces impose restrictions on the entry of worshipers coming from Jerusalem and the occupied interior of Al-Aqsa, checking their identities and detaining some of them at its external gates. Settlement associations are also preparing for large and successive incursions to celebrate the Jewish holidays, which began with the Hebrew New Year celebration on September 15, and are still continuing. It is noteworthy that raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque occur on a daily basis. Except Friday and Saturday, during the morning and evening periods (after the noon prayer) and for a period of four and a half hours (total). Footage by /APA
