According to the WFP, funding shortages have forced the agency to exclude about 500,000 people from beneficiary lists, halve food rations for approximately 1.1 million people and reduce daily hot meals from 250,000 to 150,000. The agency said around 1.4 million people, nearly two-thirds of Gaza's population, face acute food insecurity.
