Palestinian farmers inspect tomatoes lands damaged by rainwater following torrential rains in Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip 0.1 SOUNDBITE (in Arabic) Farmer Jabr Maghari STORYLINE: Agricultural lands were damaged in the central Gaza Strip ue to heavy rain storms in the region over the past few days. The Israeli authorities contributed to the flooding of Gaza towns and destruction of agricultural land east of the cities of Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah, in the south and center of the Gaza Strip, by opening the ducts in the dams located on the Israeli side of the border fence, which led to huge material losses in property.
