Palestinian boy Samih al Madhoun, 14, plays the oud and sings at his home, in Gaza city on October 26, 2021. al-Madhoun said that the passion for singing and composing is a talent that I worked a lot on developing and bringing it to the world. He continued, "I have about 45 melodies, which were used by poets outside Palestine, including the song Watan al-Shajaan, which was composed and sung by the artist Ali Abdel Sattar, and the words of the poet Maarouf Mahmoud.".
