Palestinian relatives and friends mourn during the funeral of Salah al-Astal, a member of the Islamic Jihad's armed wing -the Al-Quds Brigades- who died after a tunnel collapse in the Gaza Strip, on July 19, 2016 in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. The Al-Quds Brigades announced in a statement that Salah al-Astal had died during the "collapse of a resistance tunnel," a term used by Islamic Jihad, Hamas and other Palestinian militant factions to refer to tunnels used in the conflict with Israel. Since January 26, at least 14 Gazans have been killed in at least seven separate tunnel collapses. Photo by Abed Rahim Khatib
