A Palestinian vendor prepares traditional pancakes known as ''Qatayef'' at his shop which was destroyed during the 50-day Israeli war in the summer of 2014, on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on June 18, 2015, as the faithful prepare to start fasting.
