Egyptian anti-Mubarak protesters run for cover from tear gas during clashes with riot police at Abdel Moneim Riad, a main transportation hub for taxis and buses, after hearing the verdict of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak, in Cairo, Egypt, 29 November 2014. An Egyptian court on 29 November dismissed murder charges against former president Mubarak, a verdict that angered activists who had mobilized the uprising that ended his rule in 2011. The charges were related to the killing of hundreds of protesters during the uprising, part of the so-called Arab Spring revolts. The Cairo Criminal Court also acquitted Mubarak's interior minister, Habib al-Adly, as well as several former security chiefs of the same charges. Photo by Amr Sayed
