A Palestinian boy stands near ruins of a houses which were destroyed during the seven-week Israeli offensive on Gaza Strip, as the operation of remove ruins started in Shijaeya neighborhood, east of Gaza city, November 26, 2014. After the Gaza war ended on August 26, 2014 Israel has allowed a small amount of construction material into Gaza to help rebuild some of the tens of thousands of homes destroyed by air strikes and artillery, but has not palpably eased the blockade.
