Palestinian women take part in a protest against the severe fuel cuts that lead to power shortages and the siege, in front of the electricity company in Rafah southern Gaza city, November 21, 2013. Gaza strip lone power plant shut its generators due to a fuel shortage, a move that will likely increase already long blackout hours in the impoverished coastal territory run by the Islamist Hamas group. Power has been provided to different areas in the territory in six-hour shifts since the closure. Photo by Eyad Al Baba
