Palestinians wait to fill their cars with benzin at a fuel station in Gaza City on July 24, 2013. A fuel shortage in the Gaza Strip, started after Egyptian security forces in Rafah closed tunnels used for smuggling gas across the border. The fuel crisis is of particular concern to Gaza hospitals that depend on fuel for back up power generators. Photo by Ashraf Amra
