Palestinians inspect the damage in the bedroom of one-year-old Fathi Baghdadi, who died after a fire from a candle that swept through their home in the Bureij refugee camp in the center of the Gaza Strip on September 26, 2012. The Baghdadi family was using candles due to a power outage at the refugee camp. Cash-strapped Gaza has been suffering from a chronic energy crisis for years, exacerbated by an Israeli blockade of varying intensity imposed in 2006. Photo by Ashraf Amra
