Palestinians attend a rally in front of the Rafah border crossing with Egypt on March 17, 2012, during a sit-in Rafah demanding Egypt provide the Gaza Strip with electricity and diesel. The Palestinian energy authority in Gaza said earlier this week, it had paid Egypt $2 million towards fuel for its crippled power station, but had yet to receive anything in return.
