Palestinian medics hold a Palestinian woman as they remove her from near the Dome of the Rock, behind, during running clashes between Palestinians and Israeli policemen on the compound known to Muslims as the Noble Sanctuary and to Jews as the Temple Mount in Jerusalem's Old City February 24, 2012. Israeli policemen stormed the compound on Friday following prayers, using stun grenades to disperse stone-throwing Palestinian protesters, some of whom then retreated into al-Aqsa mosque. Israeli police spokesperson said 11 policemen were lightly injured from stones and 4 protesters were arrested. Photo by Mahfouz Abu Turk
