Palestinian demonstrators pray in the East Jerusalem neighbourhood of Issawiya and grow an olives trees on february 3, 2012. in protest against a decision by the Jerusalem municipality and Israel's Nature and Parks Authority (NPA) to build a national park on Palestinian land in the holy city between the neighbourhoods of Issawiya and A-Tur. Israeli authorities have been designating areas in east Jerusalem for national parks in a "political" move that chokes the development of Palestinian neighbourhoods, two Israeli NGOs have charged earlier this month.
