Palestinian children play inside their family destroyed house in Jabaliya refugee camp, in the northern Gaza Strip on 23 July 2011 house was destroyed during the Israeli assault on Gaza in late 2008 to early 2009, and because of the blockade imposed by Israel on the enclave, construction materials are very difficult to obtain. Israel reportedly only grants entry into the Strip for limited humanitarian supplies from certain aid organizations. The UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) will reduce some of its services for Palestinian refugees due to budget deficit and shortage of donor funds. Photo by Ali Jadallah
