Local authorities reported that around 70,000 tents sheltering displaced people were flooded. Civil Defense estimates said approximately 350,000 people were affected by the storm, amid shortages of shelter materials and heating supplies. The storm has added to the hardships facing displaced families living in temporary shelters across the Gaza Strip.
