STORYLINE: Military doctors and medical personnel of the Western Military District provide all necessary assistance to servicemen and wounded civilians on a daily basis on the territory of deployed medical centres. The doctors receive the wounded directly from the front line. After the servicemen are transported to them with shrapnel wounds, military medics have the most difficult job, because the lives of the servicemen are at stake, and they have to work day and night without a break for sleep. Nevertheless, the medics do miracles. Even badly injured patients are stabilised by doctors, who then lead them to the next stage of evacuation to the closest hospital. From there, the military are transported to medical facilities of the Russian Ministry of Defence for further rehabilitation. Footage by /APA
