Haji makes the journey three times a week after the war destroyed his home, land, and olive trees in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City. According to the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO), kidney patients across the Gaza Strip face growing challenges accessing dialysis centers due to widespread displacement, damaged infrastructure, fuel shortages, and limited transportation.
