Restrictions Summary: APA wire clients only Shortlist: APAwire - APA wire clients only, Gaza- June 28 June 2025. The 12-year-old Palestinian child, Mohammed al-Durrabi, lives with his family in their home in the al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. He used to go with his father to the humanitarian aid distribution area on al-Rasheed Street, in the northwestern part of the Strip, in an attempt to obtain flour to satisfy his and his siblings' hunger. Amidst the large crowds of people waiting for aid coming through the temporary crossings, and after hours of waiting, Mohammed managed to get a small amount of flour, which brought him immense joy. However, his happiness was short-lived, as he was robbed before he could get the flour home. This caused him to break down in tears from extreme hunger in front of a photographer's lens, in a painful scene that encapsulates the suffering of Gaza's children under siege. 01.
