Strela-10 air defence system crews of Zapad Group of Forces continue to carry out combat missions in Kupyansk direction STORYLINE: In the course of the special military operation, air defence missile systems continue to provide troops with an ultra-reliable shield against enemy air attacks both day- and nighttime. SAM systems can engage all types of targets within their range of altitude and range. The crews of the Strela-10 SAM system engage air targets within the special military operation area on a daily basis. The SAM system is designed to provide direct cover for units in all types of combat and on the march, as well as for small-sized military and civilian objects from strikes by low-flying air attack aircraft when visually visible. The system is capable of engaging enemy aircraft, helicopters and drones. The SAM system doesn't give off any radiation.
