Palestinian Alaa Abu al-Ouf, 47, looks at pictures of his wife and two daughters who died following an Israeli airstrike last year on Wehda street in Gaza City. STORYLINE: On a fateful night in May 2021, three Palestinian families living on Gaza City's Wehda Street shared a common tragedy in an Israeli air strike. Flashbacks haunt surviving family members to this day. Abu al-Ouf lost 14 family members in the strikes on Wehda Street, including his wife Diana, who died of her injuries, and daughters Shaima and Rawan. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, the Israeli army killed 260 Palestinians, including 129 civilians and 66 children. Furthermore, Israeli forces injured 1,948 Palestinians, including 610 children. Tens of thousands of homes were damaged, and more than 2,000 others were destroyed. Footage by /APA
