She said Israeli police cordoned off the area at the entrance of the neighborhood, where the hall is located, as the municipality bulldozer proceeded to knock down the metal roof and walls of al-Salam Hall. The hall owner, Yousef Muheisen, said he had built the hall 10 years ago and that four families live from it.
