Residents of LPR and DPR temporarily accomodated in Belgorod region vote in Novy Oskol within current referenda in Russia. STORYLINE: All of these residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics have been saved in Russia from the shellings. Once they discovered the possibility to vote in Belgorod region, they took their passports and came to make their choice, possibly the most important in their lives. All the votes of residents from Donbass are to be obligatorily taken into account. Their choise will form part of the historical decision of the people who are voting for what they truly believe in.
