STORYLINE: Citizens conscripted within the partial mobilisation are transported from the military commissariat of Saint Petersburg for requalifying their professional titles. The personnel were informed about the training unit they are to be sent to, the retraining period, as well as received answers to their questions. Once the servicemen arrive in the training units, they are to pass combat training and to be sent to their units. Citizens who had passed military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and had received professional titles are to be mobilised. Those who have combat experience are the first to be conscripted. Footage by APAwire
