STORYLINE: An Israeli operation to dismantle a Hamas Islamist cell in the West Bank sparked fierce gun battles at multiple locations, killing five Palestinians, Israel's army and Palestinian official sources said. Israel's military said on Sunday that two soldiers were seriously injured in shootouts with Palestinian gunmen during a West Bank raid in which Israeli forces killed five Palestinians.
