STORYLINE: The town of Beit Ula, northwest of Hebron Governorate, has been suffering from water scarcity for years, and this suffering doubles with the advent of the summer months. Some residential neighborhoods on the tops of the mountains in the town have not received water for months Most of the town's residents depend on supplying their homes with water through water tankers, which burdens the citizen with increased costs and waste of water through transporting it with these tanks. Except for the occupation, the town of Beit Ula suffers from an overlapping problem in the water crisis, where the line feeding the town passes through four neighboring villages, and this only line feeding the town is infringed, and the water is stolen and diverted before it reaches the town.
