Palestinian protesters take part in a protest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision not to renew the mandate of the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH), in the West Bank city of Hebron, January 30, 2019. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on January 28, 2019 he will not renew the mandate of the international observers in the flashpoint city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, effectively closing the mission. The TIPH was established in the city following a massacre of Palestinians in 1994, but Netanyahu accused it of bias. Photo by Wisam Hashlamoun
