A Palestinian man walks past an aid distribution center run by United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), at Al-Shati refugee camp, in Gaza City on September 1, 2018. The United States on Friday halted all funding to United Nations' agency that helps Palestinian refugees. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said the business model and fiscal practices of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) made it an “irredeemably flawed operation.”.
