A Poster bearing pictures of Palestinian prisoners Mohammed and Mahmoud Balboul who are on hunger strike is seen in their house in the West Bank city of Bethlehem on Sep. 20, 2016. Mohammed Balboul began his own hunger strike 78 days ago to protest his ongoing detention without charge or trial. His brother Mahmoud joined him three days later. According to official Palestinian figures, there are over 7,000 Palestinians in Zionist prisons, roughly 700 of whom are being held in administrative detention. Photo by Shadi Hatem
