Israeli security forces gather at the scene where Palestinian Sari Abu Ghrab was shot dead by Israeli troops near the West Bank village of Madama near Nablus August 24, 2016. An Israeli army statement said Israeli forces had been chasing a group of alleged rock throwers who were in a car. "One of the assailants exited the vehicle and stabbed a soldier," it said.
