Egyptians cast their ballot at a polling station in Cairo, as voters returned to polling stations on October 27, 2015 for a first round run-off in a parliamentary vote expected to elect lawmakers firmly backing President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. Turnout for the first round of voting held in 14 of Egypt's 27 provinces last week was just 26.6 percent and there was no immediate sign that more voters were casting their ballots today.
