Palestinian militants of the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' armed wing, take part in a parade in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah on May 17, 2015 to mark the 67th anniversary of the "Nakba". "Nakba" means in Arabic "catastrophe" in reference to the birth of the state of Israel 67-years-ago in British-mandate Palestine, which led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who either fled or were driven out of their homes during the 1948 war over Israel's creation.
