Palestinian treat a wounded protester during a clashes with Israeli security forces following a demonstration marking the 67th anniversary of the "Nakba" near the border with Israel, east of Gaza city, on May 15, 2015. "Nakba" means in Arabic "catastrophe" in reference to the birth of the state of Israel 67-years-ago in British-mandate Palestine, which led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who either fled or were driven out of their homes during the 1948 war over Israel's creation.
