A handout picture made available by the Office of the Egyptian President shows Ethiopian Foreign Minister, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (R), welcoming the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi (L), to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 29 January 2015. According to local media reports al-Sisi is heading a delegation on a three day visit ahead of the African Summit in Ethiopia, which has enjoyed a tense relationship with Egypt as a result of the Grand Renaissance Dam project which could reduce the amount of Egypt's share of the Nile waters. apaimages / Egyptian Presidency
