Palestinian Bedouin children play outside their tents near the sewage water basins in the northern Gaza Strip, Sept. 19, 2013. The area is threatened with an environmental and humanitarian disaster due to the accumulation of garbage and sewage as result of frequent power outages and the scarcity of fuel needed to run the pumps since the crackdown campaign of Egyptian security forces on smuggling tunnels dug beneath the Gaza-Egypt border which halted the smuggling.
