Palestinian Ahmad Salama al-Najjar,21, sits at his family house in the southern Gaza Strip town of Khan Younis on Nov. 28,2011. Al-Najjar suffers from abnormal fatness since five years as a result of Osteoporosis until his weight reached to 280 kilos without any help or treatment by doctors. A delegation from the government in Gaza Strip and Jordanian military hospital visited al-Najjar at his home to end his suffering and to give treatment. Photo by Abed Rahim Khatib
