Members of Neturei Karta, a small faction of Ultra-Orthodox Jews who oppose Israel's existence, sit amidst the public during a speech by Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas to the Palestinian leadership on November 16, 2011 in the West Bank city of Ramallah. The address was timed to mark seven years since the death of veteran leader Yasser Arafat and the 23rd anniversary of their declaration of independence. Abbas pledged to "speed up" work with Hamas to form a new caretaker government and to prepare for fresh elections, Abbas vowed to push ahead with efforts to cement a landmark unity deal between Fatah and Hamas.
