A Palestinian vendor opens a shop following a two-hour strike in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails, in the West Bank city of Ramallah, Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011. According to an Israeli Prison Service statement released Sunday, over 200 Palestinian prisoners are currently hunger striking in Israeli prisons, in protest against the worsening of their prison conditions.
