Palestinian mourners carry the body of Islamic Jihad militant Saleem al-Arabid during his funeral in Gaza City on August 26, 2011on August, 26,2011 after Palestinian groups in the Gaza Strip agreed on a new ceasefire after days of deadly clashes with Israel, according to a senior official of the radical Islamic Jihad movement. Hamdan is one of two Palestinian militants killed in the latest spike in violence which was kicked off by an air strike on the southern city of Rafah early August 24, killing another Islamic Jihad militant and provoking a flurry of retaliatory rocket attacks and counter-strikes.
