Palestinian trucks load fuel from smuggling tunnels along the Gaza-Egypt border, near the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah, on February 13, 2011. Israel and Egypt first imposed closures on the Palestinian territory after Gaza militants kidnapped a soldier in a deadly cross-border raid in June 2006 and tightened them when the Islamist Hamas, which is pledged to Israel's destruction, seized power in 2007.
