Palestinian men hold up the Quran, Islam's holy book, in reaction to a small American church's plan to burn copies of the Quran during a prayer as part of tradition during the first day of Eid al-Fitr which marks the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza Strip, Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Religious and political leaders across the Muslim world welcomed a decision by a small American church to suspend its plans to torch copies of their holy book but some said Friday the damage has already been done. Eid, one of the most important holidays in the Muslim world, is marked with prayers, family reunions and other festivities . Photo by Wissam Nassar
