Palestinians mourners carry the body of Palestinian prisoner Raed Abu Hamad, who died in an Israeli jail, during his funeral in Al-Azariya on the outskirts of Jerusalem on April 18, 2010. Palestinians held rallies and vigils in an annual day of support for the thousands of Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, two days after Abu Hamad died in custody. Prisons service officials, quoted in the Israeli media, said Abu Hamad, 31, had a history of medical problems and that his death was being investigated. Photo by Mohamar Awad
