A Palestinian youth says a final farewell to a Palestinian killed by Israeli fire in the town of Beit Lahia in the northern of Gaza Strip on August 24, 2009. One Palestinian man was killed and another wounded by Israeli gunfire on the northern edge of the Gaza Strip, Gaza medics reported, as an Israeli military spokeswoman said two rockets or mortar rounds had been fired towards southern Israel, without reporting any casualties. Neither man was known to be a member of any militant faction, the medics added. Mohammed Othman
