Former British Prime Minister and Middle East peace envoy Tony Blair visits an exhibition, at the Convention Palace, during the Palestine Investment Conference in Al-Khader village near the West Bank city of Bethlehem. Bethlehem is hosting a three-day Palestinian business conference where nearly US$2 billion in private investments were being sought. The conference brings together more than 1,000 business people and government officials from the Palestinian territories, the Arab world and beyond, and is an internationally backed push to revive the Palestinian economy after years of downturn.
