The Gaza Strip is suffering from unemployment especially after Israel stopped the permits to Palestinian laborers from the Gaza Strip with the outbreak of the second, Al-Aqsa intifada on Sept. 27, 2000 and Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip, Which made the population in the Gaza Strip resort to finding an alternative plan to improve living conditions.
