Palestinians receive Turkish aid at an aid distribution centre in Gaza city, on July 19, 2016. The aid, consisting of flour, sugar and rice, was allowed into the Palestinian territory via Israel’s Kerem Shalom crossing and will be stored in warehouses run by Gaza’s Social Affairs Ministry before being distributed to the strip’s neediest residents. Yousef Ibrahim, undersecretary of the Social Affairs Ministry in the Gaza Strip, said 154 trucks carrying aid from Turkey have entered the city so far and they were planning to deliver the aid today.
